Range Xperts Two Year Limited Warranty Policy

While most only cover a warranty claim for up to 1 year, we have backed up the quality and durability of our Range Xperts antenna product line by strengthening its warranty. Instead of being valid for a claim within 1 year of ownership, we have doubled it to up to two claims during a full "2 years" of ownership (based on order date) at no extra cost. The policy terms are following.

*Important: Modifying, spray painting, dismantling or attempting to disassemble connection boxes, dropping of antennas, use of heavy machinery / tooling on / drilling into, and/or otherwise neglect voids warranty.

For Range Xperts brands purchased Nov 2022 or Later, we’ve extended our One-Year warrant to two full years.

Warranty will cover part replacement for a full two years of Range Xperts brand of antennas (based on order date) for manufacturing related defects and may be used for two separate claims during that period.

Note: The warranty is void for items that have been altered, tampered with, and/or destroyed by customer (i.e. dismantling the connection boxes, or spray painting parts, etc) and is not intended for cosmetic (i.e. to get a new shiny antenna) issues, but for actual breakages that impact the function / usability of such product. For damages caused by impact trauma (i.e. dropping the antenna of a roof) or using vice grips / crimping, painting the antenna and/or its connections etc), or otherwise customer mis-use, and/or excessive claims (beyond the two claims within the two year warranty coverage period) we reserve the right to charge for the part costs and shipping.

International Customers (outside the USA): although the warranty covers part replacement, if shipped to a non-US address you'll need to provide / pay the shipping costs and your country's duty / import fees & taxes for any warranty claims.

Excessive Claims / Abuse / Mis-Use of Policy:

Excessive claims (three or more claims) or parts destroyed due to customer neglect, (i.e. using a hammer on an antenna or vice-grips to over-tighten a coax fitting, etc) and/or otherwise mis-use of this policy, Range Xperts may still assist in locating replacement part(s), but reserves the right to ask for both the replacement part(s) cost and shipping costs to be paid by the customer in these cases.

What Parts/Products are Covered: This two year limited warranty coverage is to replace the antenna parts for the Range Xperts brand only, no other warranty or coverage expressed or implied.

Note that our Two Year Limited Warranty only covers the replacement of Range Xperts brand of antenna products and their respective parts only, no other coverage or warranty is granted, expressed or implied.

Note: Warranty claims are void for items / products that have been altered (or tampered with) from original design, modified, drilled, cut, machined or related damages or mis-use by end user. Example: Disassembling or attempting to disassemble the connection boxes or spray painting the antenna also voids the warrarnty

The warranty is for manufacturing part defects, (parts that fail prematurely for up to 2 years of ownership during normal use), but may not cover broken items through end user mis-use, improper installation, accidents/dropping the antenna, falling of antenna / accidental breakage, or otherwise out of our control end use trauma.

The included 2 year warranty covers all Range Xperts brand of antennas / parts only (refer to other brand's warranties if not a Range Xperts product). It does not cover other brands, other products, property, property damages, bodily harm, injury. or expenses.

The warranty coverage is for part / item issues that need replaced for necessary proper operation, performance, durability, and usability of the antenna/product(s), but not for cosmetic or frivolous related issues (see frivolous claims section further down)..

Before a claim is to be granted, we must see photos of the damages to ascertain said part is defective or broken by our technical staff.

What's Not Covered:

This warranty is to replace the antenna parts for the Range Xperts brand only, no other warranty or coverage expressed or implied.

The warranty is void for items that have been altered, tampered with, and/or destroyed by customer (i.e. dismantling the connection boxes, or spray painting parts, etc)

Warranty does not cover other brands, or non Range Xperts products, and/or property damage. It does not cover other brands, other products, property, property damages, bodily harm, injury.or expenses.

Warranty does not cover customer abuse, neglect, accidents, fallen / dropping of antennas, however we may assist in finding replacement parts at a reasonable cost for your first part replacement / claim.

The warranty is for manufacturer defects, parts that fail prematurely during normal use, for up to 2 years of ownership, but may not cover broken items through end user mis-use, improper installation, dropping, falling of antenna / accidental breakage, or otherwise out of our control trauma.

Not valid for cosmetic, non performance related, and/or related frivolous issues (see Frivolous Claims below for more details about frivolous claims that may not be covered).

Note that our Two Year Limited Warranty only covers the replacement of Range Xperts antennas and their respective parts only, no other coverage or warranty is granted, expressed or implied.

Frivolous Claims:

This warranty is not meant to get a new shiny antenna or replacements for cosmetic reasons or similar frivolous concerns, but only for issues that truly necessitate a new part for performance, durability, and usability reasons.

We reserve the right to deny claims that have no impact whatsoever on the performance of item, its usability, durability, or related reasons that don't necessitate a new part. Claims may be rejected for cosmetic reasons and/or minor issues that can resolved easily by the customer with only a little care and maintenance.

Pictures of said broken or defective items / pieces may also be required prior to issuing a part replacement.

For Non Range Xperts Products Sold on Our Website:

The two year warranty policy outlined above does not apply to non Range Xperts brands, please contact and visit their manufacturer's site for their specific warranty policies and for submitting claims. For non Range Xperts brands, warranty claims should be handled with the manufacturer directly, If item was purchased within 30 days, it may be covered under our Return Policy however.

Note that our Two Year Limited Warranty only covers the replacement of Range Xperts antenna products and their respective parts only, no other coverage is granted, expressed or implied.

For other brands of accessories and equipment sold on our site, please contact their brand's website for their specific brand's warranties (for example RCA coax cable, signal amplifiers). For non Range Xperts brands, warranty claims should be handled with the manufacturer directly, If item was purchased within 30 days, it may be covered under our Return Policy however.
