Shipping policy
Shipping Fees / Costs:
We charge a simple $10.00 flat rate shipping for the entire order, (no matter how many items ordered, it's only $10.00 flat rate shipping for the entire order) within the contiguous 48 USA states. Since many of our antennas are oversized, this saves you money on shipping, especially when multiple items are ordered together. Note to combine items under this $10.00 flat rate, the items must be made together, in the same order.
BUY IN BULK AND SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS:
If you need multiple items, if you purchase them all together in the same order, it's just a single $10 shipping charge for the entire order! This is a great savings, especially on larger items such as long range outdoor TV antennas.
Our $10.00 flat rate shipping rate applies to only the contiguous 48 USA states only. Extra charges apply to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico and Internationally at this time.
(Note: We can also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada by special request (however additional shipping charges will apply).
Shipping Methods:
We generally ship our items by Fedex and UPS ground, but may use USPS for small items It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address(es) for shipping purposes, as we don't always control which service the fulfillment service we use may choose. If an item must be shipped by a specific carrier (Fedex, US Postal Service or UPS service only delivers to your address given, please contact us to make arrangements prior to your order.
Our Product and Services are for US Homeowners Only:
Note: our product is specific to and our support and warranty services are tailored to and for US homeowner / use only. In tandem with all the international shipping, customs, duties, and recent tariff changes we only support shipping to US homeowners only.. We also can't offer warranty and warranty part replacement shipping outside the USA. As such, orders may be declined or cancelled to non-US homeowners. Orders may be declined / cancelled on international destinations / freight forwarders / exporters, and/or for international use.
Typical Shipping Times
In most parts of the country, you can expect your items in 3 to 5 shipping days (excluding weekends and holidays), plus the handling time. At times during the busy season or during an order rush, or weather storm, this can cause a longer than normal delay.
Out of Stock Items can arrive much longer. We try to give a ballpark ship date for out of stock items. Please go by the items estimated shipping date for an approximation of when shipping may occur.
We Ship to these Areas:
*Please note: we are unable to ship outside the 48 continental us states (hawaii and Alaska by special request). We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or internationally at this time.
Our fulfillment service provider does not ship to Guam or Puerto Rico or outside the US.
Lost Item Policy:
We generally ship our items by UPS ground and USPS (US Postal Service). It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address for both for shipping purposes, as we don't always control which service the fulfillment service we use may choose. If an item must be shipped by a specific carrier (Fedex, US Postal Service or UPS service only delivers to your address given, please contact us to make arrangements prior to your order.
We will use the address given at time of order, unless we're notified quickly (within 1 hour, as we start the shipping process soon after) that a mistake was made. We are not responsible for items not received due to address errors.
Items are covered under insurance if lost or misplaced during transit, however not once the carrier claims successful delivery per tracking.. We are not liable for packages claimed lost or stolen, if the carrier shows successful delviery has successfully occurred through tracking.
If you're in an area that has a history of misplaced or stolen packages, we recommend making different delivery address arrangements (such as holding the item at a local center instead or to a mailbox service).
